Forged in the Royal Marines

At Loopin, our foundation is rooted in the world of elite performance. As a former Royal Marines Commando, our co-founder and CEO, Ben Williams, learned first-hand the principles of resilience, leadership, and determination. These lessons, forged in the most challenging environments, now shape Loopin’s mission: to unlock high performance and resilience in organisations worldwide.

A Passion for High Performance

Ben’s journey didn’t stop with the Marines. His passion for high performance carried him into coaching some of the world’s leading brands and teams, from the England football squad to global businesses. This experience led to the creation of Loopin, a platform that combines the rigour of military precision, the adaptability of sports coaching, and the transformative potential of technology to empower teams and leaders.
