Position: Junior Sales Executive
Location: Bristol, UK (Hybrid role with 3 days required on-site)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum + Commission
Job Overview:
As a Junior Sales Executive at Loopin, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our subscription services. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, engage with prospects, and support the full sales cycle. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to develop their sales career in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate Leads: Identify potential clients, engage with prospects, and build a strong pipeline of leads for our subscription service.
Client Outreach: Conduct cold calls, send outreach emails, and engage in conversations with potential clients to introduce them to Loopin’s solutions.
Sales Process Support: Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and sales materials to showcase the benefits of Loopin’s services.
Manage CRM: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with leads, opportunities, and customer interactions to track progress and follow up on actions.
Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns and events, ensuring a coordinated approach to prospecting.
Close Sales: Support and participate in closing deals, learning from more senior sales staff while building your own experience in negotiations and client engagement.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on your progress, helping the team track key sales metrics and trends.
Specific Requirements:
Experience: Some experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred, but we’re primarily looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a sales career.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on relationship-building.
Motivation: A self-starter with strong motivation to hit targets and a desire to grow professionally.
Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly learn about Loopin’s products and services, and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
Collaboration: Willingness to work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless communication and a shared goal of growth.
CRM Experience: Familiarity with using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
