01

About Loopin

Better support for people. Better performance for organisations.

Loopin is a growing people technology SaaS company that helps organisations understand how their people are doing and where they need support. Our platform combines employee feedback, AI and coaching to help managers build happier, healthier and higher-performing teams.

We’re growing and are looking for an experienced, hands-on Account Manager to take ownership of our client relationships and help us build the processes we need for the next stage of growth.

02

The role

Make our customer accounts successful.

You’ll own and develop our client relationships, making sure customers feel supported, get real value from Loopin and want to continue and grow their relationship with us.

You’ll work with senior HR, People, L&D and business leaders, so you’ll need to be confident and credible with clients. We’re a small, growing technology business, which means you might spend the morning leading a client review, then update the CRM, improve an onboarding process, schedule LinkedIn content and share customer feedback with our product team.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys that variety: highly organised, proactive and commercially minded, with the confidence to take ownership and make things happen.
03

What you’ll own

Client success and account growth.

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of Loopin customers from onboarding onwards, becoming a trusted day-to-day partner to senior stakeholders.

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience from onboarding and implementation through to ongoing account management.
  • Drive adoption and help customers maximise the value they receive from Loopin.
  • Lead regular client reviews and keep activity, actions and priorities moving.
  • Build a strong understanding of what each customer is trying to achieve and how Loopin can support them.
  • Proactively identify issues, risks and opportunities within accounts.
  • Own renewals and identify appropriate opportunities for account growth, wider adoption and additional services.
  • Help turn successful pilots and programmes into longer-term relationships.
  • Develop happy customers into advocates through referrals, testimonials and case studies.

Great account management at Loopin isn’t about aggressive selling. It’s about understanding our customers, delivering genuine value and recognising where we can do more together.

04

Build with us

Customer operations and processes.

As Loopin grows, the operational side of client management needs to grow with us. You’ll help us create a customer operation that is organised, consistent and scalable.

  • Take ownership of keeping our CRM accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain clear records of customer activity, actions, opportunities and renewals.
  • Improve our onboarding, account management and renewal processes.
  • Coordinate meetings and make sure actions are followed through.
  • Help us track customer adoption, success and account health.
  • Spot inefficient ways of working and take the initiative to improve them.

We don’t need someone who just follows processes. We want someone who will help us build better ones.

05

Across the business

Bring the customer voice into product and marketing.

Customer voice & product

Work closely with our product and technology team. Capture feedback and requests, spot recurring themes and feed useful customer insight into product discussions and our roadmap.

Marketing support

Support our social and content calendar, publish across LinkedIn and Instagram, and turn customer successes, product developments and company news into useful stories.

06

About you

Commercially aware, relentlessly organised and brilliant with people.

You’ll have strong experience in account management, customer success, client partnerships or another client-facing role. Experience in SaaS, HR technology, employee engagement, L&D, organisational development or professional services would be helpful, but finding the right person matters more than ticking every industry box.

  • Loves looking after customers and takes genuine pride in creating an exceptional client experience.
  • Builds warm, credible relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Understands that great account management is both relationship-led and commercial.
  • Has experience retaining and growing B2B accounts.
  • Is exceptionally organised and dependable — things don’t fall through the cracks.
  • Is a natural doer who gets satisfaction from making things happen.
  • Is comfortable moving between senior client conversations and practical administration.
  • Is confident with technology, CRM systems and digital tools.
  • Communicates brilliantly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Is proactive, resourceful and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Enjoys improving processes and finding better ways of working.
  • Is genuinely happy to roll their sleeves up and help wherever needed.

You can have a great conversation with a senior customer, then happily open the CRM afterwards and make sure every action has been captured.

You won’t think “that’s not really my job.” You’ll see something that needs doing and get it done.

07

Why Loopin

Help build what comes next.

This is an opportunity to join Loopin at an exciting stage of our growth and have a genuine influence on what comes next. You’ll work directly with the MD and product team, have significant autonomy and take ownership of relationships with some exciting organisations.

You’ll help shape how we approach client success, account growth and customer experience as we scale, while staying close enough to our customers and product to see the impact of your work.

Your next chapter

Love customers, get things done and help build something meaningful.
